What is Rajeeh?
Rajeeh (رجيح) is a platform that builds and runs school websites, in Arabic and English. Your school gets a site with seven pages already written, and manages its news, events, photos and parents' messages from one dashboard.
Who is Rajeeh for?
Rajeeh is for school offices that want a website in Arabic and English they can manage themselves, without a technical team. Rajeeh covers the school's public website, the one parents visit.
How do we create a website for our school?
With Rajeeh: register with the school's name, your mobile number and the web address you want. Once the site is created at that address, seven pages and all, upload the school's logo, write your content from the dashboard, and open it to visitors when you are ready.
Do we need technical staff to run the site?
No. The dashboard is built for admin staff: publishing a post or editing a page is no harder than writing a message. Support is there when you have questions.
How long until our site is live?
When you register, you give the school name, your mobile number and the address you want, and confirm the code we send; the site is then created on its subdomain with its seven pages. Filling it with your own words and photos is the part that takes you an afternoon, not us.
What do you need from us to start?
A school name, a mobile number to sign in with, and the address you want. Your logo, your colours and your content can come later, from the dashboard, whenever you are ready.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every feature is open for 14 days and the trial never asks for a card.
We're outside Saudi Arabia. Can we use Rajeeh?
Signing up for Rajeeh currently takes a Saudi mobile number, and prices are in Saudi riyals. If your school is outside Saudi Arabia, write to us at care@rajeeh.com.
About the site
What pages does the site come with?
Seven, ready to edit: the home page, About the school, Academics, Admissions, News, Gallery and Contact. You write what goes in them; you do not build them.
Is the site in Arabic or in English?
Both. You write in Arabic and the English version is translated for you, and a visitor switches between them on the site itself. You can edit either version afterwards.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and it replaces the template's crest across the site. Give your school's main colour and an accent, and the rest of the design is worked out from them, with the text kept readable against every one of them.
Where do messages from parents go?
Into one inbox in your dashboard. The contact form and the admissions form both land there, with the name and the number the parent left, so nobody has to watch several places.
Can we publish news and photos ourselves?
Yes, as many as you like. Write a post, save it as a draft, and publish it when you are ready; it appears on the site the moment you do.
Domains and addresses
What's a subdomain, and can we connect our official domain?
Your site works at an address like school.rajeeh.com with nothing to set up. You can also connect your own official domain: you add two DNS records at your domain provider, and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.
Do you register a domain for us?
No. You buy your domain from whoever you like and keep it in your own name, which is how it should be. We connect it and look after the certificate.
Is the site secure?
Every site is served over HTTPS and the certificate renews itself, on the subdomain and on your own domain alike.
Price, payment and refunds
How much does it cost?
One plan, at the launch price for a limited time: SAR 299 a month or SAR 2,990 a year, 54% off, with everything included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By bank card, from the dashboard. The card is kept by the payment gateway, not by us, so that the subscription can renew by itself.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your site shows a temporarily unavailable page until you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically, because the trial never asks for a card. Your content stays saved and the site comes back as soon as you pay.
What if a payment fails?
The site keeps running for 7 days while we try the card again. Nothing is deleted; you can pay from the dashboard at any point in that time.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page; the site stays live until the end of the paid period.
Can we get a refund after paying?
Yes. If the platform isn't right for you within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.
Support and your data
We're outside Riyadh. Do we get the same support?
Yes. The platform is cloud-based and support is remote, so a school outside Riyadh gets the same support.
Where is our data kept?
In Saudi Arabia, and nothing we store leaves the Kingdom. The privacy policy names every service the platform talks to and what each one sees.
Can another school see our content?
No. Each school's content is kept separate from every other school's, so one school's pages, photos and messages cannot be reached from another school's account.
If we leave, do we keep what we wrote?
Your words and your photos are yours. Write to us before you close the account and we will get them to you.
