Billing FAQ
Questions schools ask before subscribing
What is the launch price?
A reduced price for a limited time: SAR 299 a month or SAR 2,990 a year, 54% off. A school gets it with its first payment while the offer runs, and keeps it at every renewal, even when it moves between monthly and yearly, as long as its subscription continues. If the subscription ends, the price ends with it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By bank card, from the dashboard. The card is kept by the payment gateway, not by us, so that the subscription can renew by itself.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 14 days your site shows a “temporarily unavailable” page until you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically, because the trial never asks for a card. Your content stays saved and the site comes back as soon as you pay. We may delete the content after 90 days, with an email first.
Can we get a refund after paying?
Yes. If the platform isn't right for you within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount to the same payment method.
