The agreement between Rajeeh and a school that uses the platform, in plain words.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1Definitions and acceptance
These terms are the agreement between Rajeeh Ets. (‘Rajeeh’, ‘we’), commercial registration7054995753, and the school that uses the platform (‘the school’, ‘you’). The words below have these meanings:
‘Platform’Rajeeh's service for building and running school websites: the site atrajeeh.com, the school's dashboard, and the school sites we host.
‘School’The school that created an account on the platform; the party to this agreement.
‘Owner’The person who signed up for the school and holds its account. Each school has one owner account.
‘School site’The website created on the platform, at an address likeschool.rajeeh.comor on a domain the school connects.
By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you may act for the school, and you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you may not, or you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2The service
The platform builds and runs the school's website: a design made for schools with pages ready to edit (home, about, academics, admissions, contact), news, events and photo galleries, contact and admissions forms that land in the school's inbox, and every page in Arabic and English with an automatic translation the school can edit. The site is served atschool.rajeeh.comand, if the school wishes, on its own domain with a certificate we issue and renew.
There is one plan. Its price and what it includes are on thepricing page, which is part of these terms.
We keep improving the platform and may add features. We do not remove a feature the school pays for during a paid period.
3Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by SMS to the owner's mobile number. The platform stores no passwords.
The school keeps its details correct, and the mobile number on the account belongs to a person it authorises.
The school is responsible for what is done under its account.
If you suspect that someone else has used your account, write to us at once atcare@rajeeh.com.
4Fees and payment
One price, in Saudi riyals
The subscription costs 649 riyals a month or 6,490 riyals a year, as shown on the pricing page.
A receipt, no tax
No tax is added to the price and no tax invoice is issued. Every payment has a receipt the school can download from its dashboard.
Payment by card
You pay by bank card through Tap. Your card details are entered on Tap's page and never reach our servers; we keep only Tap's reference codes, the card's brand and its last four digits, so that the subscription can renew.
Renewal by itself
The subscription renews at the end of each month or year from the saved card, at the school's price: the price shown on the pricing page, or the launch price it keeps. If the price changes, we tell the school at least 30 days before the new price applies to it.
The launch price
While the launch offer runs, a school that subscribes pays the launch price shown on the pricing page, and keeps that price at every renewal, monthly or yearly, as long as its subscription continues without ending. If the subscription ends (it was cancelled and its paid period ran out, or a renewal stayed unpaid after 7 days), the launch price ends with it, and a later subscription is at the price shown then.
If a renewal payment fails, the site stays online and we try the card again at most once a day for 7 days. The dashboard shows the failed payment. If no payment succeeds in those days, the site shows a ‘temporarily unavailable’ page; the content is kept, and the site comes back as soon as a payment succeeds.
5Free trial, cancellation, and refunds
The free trial lasts 14 days with every feature and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless the school subscribes.
When the trial ends without a subscription, the site shows a ‘temporarily unavailable’ page and the content is kept. The school can subscribe at any time, and the site comes back.
The school can cancel at any time from the billing page in its dashboard. The site stays online until the end of the paid period, and nothing more is charged.
If the platform does not suit the school, we refund the first payment in full when asked within 14 days of it; write tocare@rajeeh.com. After that, no part of a paid period is refunded, though the school may still cancel at any time.
6The school's content
Everything the school publishes on its site, from text and photos to news, events, its logo and its name, stays the school's property. Rajeeh gains no right to it beyond running the service.
The school allows Rajeeh to store the content, back it up, translate it into the site's second language, and show it to visitors, only as far as running the service needs. When the content is deleted, this ends.
The content is kept while the subscription lasts and after it stops. Rajeeh may delete the content of a site that has been unavailable for 90 days, after telling the school through the contact details on its account.
Past events are removed from the school's list one year after their date.
The school confirms that it owns, or may publish, whatever it uploads, and it is responsible for claims about its content.
7Acceptable use
The school and its users must not:
Publish content that violates Saudi law or infringes others' intellectual property rights.
Impersonate a school, an entity, or a person, or present misleading information to guardians.
Use guardians' data beyond the purpose of their contact with the school, such as selling it, sharing it, or messaging them offers unrelated to the school.
Attempt to breach or disrupt the platform, scrape its data, or exceed fair use of its resources.
If we find a violation, we tell the school and give it time to correct it. For a serious violation, or an order from a competent authority, we may take the content down or suspend the school's account at once: a suspended site shows a page-not-found and its dashboard is closed until the suspension is lifted.
8Availability and maintenance
We run the platform with care and keep it available as best we can. We do not promise a level of availability, and we give no service credits.
Maintenance may interrupt the service for a short time. We do it at quiet hours when we can, and announce it in advance when we can.
Urgent security work may happen without notice; we keep the interruption as short as possible.
9Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and we do not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error at all times.
Rajeeh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of reputation. Its total liability for any claim does not exceed the subscription fees the school paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Saudi law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
10Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service or the law changes. For an important change we tell the school at least 30 days before it applies, through the contact details on its account.
Using the platform after that date means accepting the change. A school that does not agree may cancel before the change applies, at no cost.
The version in force is always this page, with its date.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The parties first try to settle a dispute amicably within 30 days of a written notice describing it. Failing that, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
